It remains to be seen how the US Congress (or if there will one day will even) pass new sanctions measures targeting Russian Federation, if Putin calls these sanctions against Germany that he does call sanctions a provocation! An air war is already very likely in Iraq and Pakistan at the soonest, an air war seems to many, is needed all throughout the Middle East/Turkey, Iraq and Afghanistan. But "air war' or "military option by itself or of itself is not good strategy, but the military option should always be a combined action by air and force, on two levels, with ground support, on the ground, which allows maximum results. An Air power as a solution alone with minimal support may well give results which could have easily achieved by all means (both military option at all levels and civilian, also), through.
